GENE Exchange Group at NC Research Campus: Gene Regulation Hotspots in Human Malaria Pathogen
The GENE Exchange Group presents Transcriptomics of Gene Regulation Hotspots in Human Malaria Pathogen Plasmodium Falciparum, featuring Kausik Chakrabarti, Ph.D. Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
The Genomics Sciences Exchange Group (GENE) supports ongoing collaborative genomics research at the North Carolina Research Campus and stimulates new collaborations in the Greater Charlotte region. GENE serves as a forum for discussing scientific ideas, new directions and data analysis techniques from a wide range of genomic technologies and organisms. The format of this forum is a lecture series open to participants from the region and state. Our goal is to enhance collaboration and communication between local scientists and those at various academic, commercial and government institutions throughout the state and country.
