About
Matt’s work focuses on ensuring the integrity and interoperability of the North Carolina Biotechnology Center’s information systems. Before this position he worked as NCBiotech’s web administrator. His passion for organizing information and creating data systems led him to pursue a career in informatics.
Matt has extensive experience in the evaluation, migration, and administration of different kinds of business systems. If there is a way to automate a time-intensive task, he will find it! He has a bachelor’s degree in Russian from Reed College and a master’s in information science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
