An important element of the BATON program is the recruitment and engagement of entrepreneurs (often as interim CEO) interested in chaperoning these opportunities to the next level.
Non-confidential descriptions of BATON opportunities are circulated to entrepreneurs as well as stakeholders. Interim CEO's are typically chosen by the founder(s) from the set of entrepreneurs who have expressed an interest in working with a given BATON opportunity. An entrepreneur may already be associated with a company prior to BATON consideration, provided other eligibility criteria are met.

Board of Entrepreneurial Advisors
For companies lacking an interim CEO, direction and advice are available through the BATON Board of Entrepreneurial Advisors. This board is comprised of successful serial entrepreneurs, industry experts and the BATON Director.
