Charlotte’s Precision Medicine Series: History of Medical Genetics
The UNC Charlotte Center for Professional and Applied Ethics presents Nathaniel Comfort, Ph.D. as part of the Bioethics Resource Network's precision medicine series. Dr. Comfort is a professor at the Institute of the History of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University, with research interests in the history of biology, particularly genetics, molecular biology and biomedicine. He was also third Baruch S. Blumberg NASA/Library of Congress Chair in Astrobiology at The John W. Kluge Center (2015-2016).
