Phospholipase C (PLC) regulates many critical cellular functions, and its dysregulation is associated with a variety of human diseases. This project will provide proof-of-concept data for a first-in-class assay to monitor PLC activity in real time.  These data are support the university’s efforts to license the assay to a commercial entity.
