We propose the addition of an IVIS Lumina III small animal fluorescence and bioluminescence imaging instrument to the Duke Optical Molecular Imaging and Analysis Shared Resource. This will enhance our research infrastructure to meet a critical need for several investigators, in particular those studying radiation biology and therapeutics.
