The utility of glycosyltransferases (GTs) is limited by their strict specificity. This proposal aims to develop an ultra high-throughput screen for reporting the activity of millions of mutant GTs. This research will improve our understanding of GT specificity and provide novel enzymes for drug discovery. (Hemant Desai)
